Free Delivery We offer free delivery across mainland UK for: Orders of £75 (ex. VAT) and over

FREE Economy Delivery (11 Working Days | Estimated) Orders of £99 (ex. VAT) and over

FREE Standard Delivery (7 Working Days | Estimated) Delivery to Non-Mainland UK, Remote UK Areas and BFPO Addresses

The cost of Non-Mainland and Remote Area UK delivery is as follows: Minimum charge up to 5 items: £5.79 Items 5+: £1.00 each Delivery to non-mainland and remote UK locations (including Northern Ireland) is capped at a maximum of £10.00, regardless of how much you order.

Delivery to the Channel Islands is capped at a maximum of £20.00. BFPO delivery charges are not capped.

NEXT DAY Next Day orders placed before 12:00pm will be dispatched the same working day. Express orders, the first working day of your delivery timescale only includes the date the order is placed if the order is placed before 12:00pm. After dispatch, your items will be sent by next working day courier service (UK mainland only, remote areas and deliveries outside the UK will take longer).

Next Day / Express

You can only select Next Day dispatch if all items in your basket show the express icon. The additional express dispatch charge is £4.99 per item for Next Day or £2.99 per item for Express dispatch. Next Day dispatch is only available to standard UK mainland locations. Express dispatch is available to any location. Next Day dispatch is available on orders with up to 2 customisations plus printed names and numbers. Express dispatch is available on orders with up to 3 customisations plus printed names and numbers. Next Day dispatch is available on any size print customisations and embroidery customisations upto 15cm. If for any reason we are not able to dispatch your express order on time, we will refund your express charge in full.*

Returns - customised garments

Our goal is one-hundred percent customer satisfaction, so if you are unhappy with your order please contact us info@littlebitofthat.co.uk

As we provide personalised goods, however, we cannot accept returns unless we have made a mistake or the garments are faulty. Please return any faulty goods to us within 30 days of receipt for investigation.

Please be aware The Distance Selling Regulations Act of 2000 does not apply to 'personalised goods or goods made to a consumer's specification'.   As we supply personalised goods, please be careful to check the product size information before placing your order. As we supply garments from different manufacturers there is no such thing as a standard size, for example, a medium produced by Fruit of the Loom may differ to a medium by Gildan. On every product, there is accurate sizing information for that item under the ‘Sizing information’ tab, just to the right of the product description.  

Returns - blank garments

If you would like to check the size, colour or quality of the garments before you place larger order you are welcome to place a sample order with blank products and then send it back in the original condition. 

If you would like to place an order with plain garments and if you are not happy with it also you can send it back.

Blank products can be returned to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the cost of the item.
